This is a modified pUC vector (pUC18) used for the direct cloning of PCR fragment with ‘A’ overhang at 3’ end.

This vector contain Ampicillin resistant gene.

Suggested to transform the clone in DH5α stain. For clone confirmation please use M13 Sequencing Primer.
