Product type: Protein Molecular Weight ladder.
Description: Protein molecular weight marker is composed of eight recombinant proteins. Protein Concentrations for each protein are 0.1 – 0.2 mg / ml. This protein standard is ready to load in SDS-PAGE and give eight distinct bands on staining with Coomassie Brilliant Blue.
Note: Don’t freeze thaw the whole Pack repeatedly. Mix well before use.
Loading: Mini Gel applications 5 µl / well
Large Gel applications 10 µl / well
Storage buffer: 25 mM Tris-HCl Buffer pH 7.4,
containing 1 mM EDTA and 40 mM DTT.
