RNase InhibitorPDF DOWNLOAD
RNase inhibitor inhibits the activity of RNase A, B and C by noncovalently binding them in 1:1 ratio. It does not inhibit other eukaryotic RNase as well as prokaryotic RNase I and H.
Source: Recombinant protein expressed in and purified from E.coli
Procedure: During preparation of cDNA from RNA, add 1 μL of the enzyme in a 20 μL reaction mix
Storage Buffer: 20 mM Tris pH 7.5, 200 mM NaCl, 0.1 mM EDTA, 10 mM DTT, 50% Glycerol
Storage conditions: For long term storage the RNAse Inhibitor should be stored at -20°C in a constant temperature freezer. When stored under these conditions the reagents are stable for at least twelve months. Avoid repetitive freeze-thaw cycles.
