Description: This is a DNA dependent RNA Polymerase. It synthesizes RNA in the 5’-3’ direction from a DNA containing the T7 bacteriophage promoter. 

Reagents supplied:

• T7 RNA Polymerase, (50U/µl)
• 10X T7 reaction Buffer (10X Transcription Buffer)

(400 mM Tris pH 7.5, 60 mM MgCl2, 20 mM Spermidine HCl, 50 mM NaCl)

Storage Buffer: 50 mM Tris-HCl, 100 mM NaCl, 1 mM EDTA, 50% Glycerol, 1 mM DTT, 0.1% Triton X-100
